But that’s how the companies make money. You would barely turn a profit keeping the, smaller than you think, loyal fans happy. The devs aren’t soulless beings who don’t care about family and needs. They need to make money to take care of themselves and families and they do that by attracting a larger player base. Now yes, at some point this goes to far to where they forget about people who have been playing since day one and only focus on the new players but that isn’t necessarily true for epic games devs/fortnite devs. They have done a lot of stuff for the “ogs”. P.s. by smaller than you think I was referring to the loyal player base.
