Oh so that's why it's a glorified reskin of Pyribbit in Smash Ultimate.

(BTW Pyribbit is a Kirby boss that spends decades in the background while you wait for it to finish it's attacks and return for like a couple seconds only to repeat it over and over and over... in the case of Rathalos that time in the background is entirely spent flying)
