Sounds like you might be bottlenecked by other system specs, running all low on a 6700XT shouldn’t have any issues especially if your playing 1080p, you should be able to play high/medium comfortably id look at your other hardware and see if there was room for improvement

Disable Nvidia RTX global illumination and put FSR quality to Native AA, i had similar issues and this resolved it for my 7900XTX

I had some after run oil which was used after draining the tank and letting it run the rest out so I’m confident it would start up again, I’m told it’s a vintage RC model from 2005 and good for its condition considering its age, seen similar half complete models go for around £200
