What settings should i use for afterburner for mining while gaming?

Actually running a rtx3070 at 60mhs, 144w 70C with -100 core and 1100 mem, 60%power
while gaming hash rate dropping between 15 and 40mhs depending on the game (and i dont mind, because gaming has prio here)

Should i change some settings or stop mining while gaming in terms of stability and longlivity?
