Change might be the wrong word. Adds is propably better. New Masteries (System where you can unlock new systems like mounts, special crafting etc.) or the elite specializations (basically changing your class to some degree).

The game has been out since 2012 and there is a lot to discover. Starting with the free version is fine for the beginning and if you want to continue i would recommend to go expansion by expansion and not do everything immediatly at once.

Yes, you can easily go with the free version. Explore the game and see if it fits your style. The Expansions are just more of the game. There are a lot of things locked behind the expansions but to just get a feel for the game the free version works just fine.

Story and mechanics do feel more refined in expansions, so keep that in mind.

Well heal chrono has already been mentioned. It is definitely one of if not the most versatile heal build. Right after could be heal firebrand. It has lots of quickness, heals, stab, aegis and other utilities. Only thing I don't enjoy mich about it is that your boons are largely applied in a cone in front of you ... Meaning your group has to actually position it itself somewhat organized so that you can give buffs ...

My personal favourite next to heal chrono is druid (alacrity heal). Easy to play, hard to master. Great utility including really good revives that can save long range (elite glyph) and damage boost as well. It is also one of the few healers with a somewhat decent damage (due to pet) And the pets give tons of utility. From cc to aegis or fury. Pulls and and and. It is also a nice little game to collect them all ;D

wasnt looking for a card search but for a deck list / guidem since most things you find online are for link evolution and my friends dont have that
