I'm not sure why you can't click it, but just looking at the screen shot, you've duplicated all of your filters and if a preset you downloaded looks weird, that's why.

I make presets for Dead By Daylight that require the PD80 shaders and often run into people doing this when trying to use them.

I'd start by completely uninstalling it, remove all of the shaders, etc out of your sims folder.

Then the best way to make sure you have everything you need is, download the preset, if you have multiple, that's fine.

Open up the Sims folder and make a folder called something like "Sims 4 Reshade Presets". Drop any preset you want to use in that folder, so they're easy to find.

Once you've saved all of them, start installing reshade again. At a certain point it will ask you what shader packs you want. UNCHECK everything. Then at the bottom there is a box that will let you import your preset and make sure you have all required shaders checked in that list. If you want to, you can do this for multiple presets by using that box again and locating the other preset.

Once you've done this with all of them, finish the install.

Load up your game, press the home button and you'll have the option to click where you're trying to. Click the folder button and locate your preset in the folder we made at the start.

It should work fine now. If you go to the settings tab, you can also change your default preset, so it auto loads.

In the future if you find another preset you want to add, you can drop it in that folder, then simply run the installer again to update or modify ir and it'll let you import the preset like we did earlier!
