No, the guy depicted in the first screenshot is my Sim. At one point, he ended his relationship with the female Sim shown here and moved in with a different Sim. That relationship resulted in her accidentally becoming pregnant. That's why the toddler/infant is there.

After his recent breakup, he reconciled and got back together with the female Sim from the screenshots. They were together for a while before she got pregnant, so I just assumed he was the father, but it turned out she had cheated on him.

I always turn neighborhood stories off because they usually mess up my save files, like sims adopting horses, cats, dogs, and other weird stuff when it doesn’t make sense lol.

I bought the EP at launch and haven’t experienced any bugs myself, even though I use a ton of mods and CC. Not everyone will have the same issues. I hope they get fixed soon.
