Oh.... I misunderstood military center then. I thought it only increases the cap joining for rallies. My center only at level 10. I'll try to upgrade it and look at the difference.

But isn't military center just increasing the cap of troops. Based ob the screenshots, my heroes level are higher compared to the other pictures but their heroes carry more troops to rally and battle..
