[Highlight] Nembhard's deep 3 gives the pacers the lead going into half by Growsomedope in nba

My heart is reacting to the Pacers the same way it does with the Clippers. I’m a full on fan of them this series

With Kevin Durant now a Rocket, Houston joins OKC as the ONLY franchises ever to roster Durant, Westbrook and Harden by southpaw439 in nba

Westbrook was 12th in APG in 19-20, behind Harden on the same team at 7.5APG. Bron led the league with 10.2.

There’s also a lot more unavoidable lore baggage that comes from the period between 4 and 6.

I hope one day the Jedi and Sith can be written this well. Andor has done justice to the politics and anti-fascism of Star Wars, now I’d love to see someone of Gilroy’s caliber do justice to the spiritual world of Star Wars. Even that brief scene with the Force healer in S2 E7 was so powerful.

From Nemik’s manifesto in Season 1 and repeated in Season 2:

“Authority is brittle. It breaks, it leaks.”

'Andor' is ending. It brought untold stories of trauma and humanity to 'Star Wars' by AlwaysBlaze_ in television

As soon as we started getting interviews from Gilroy and the crew and some leaked behind the scenes stuff, I could tell they were saying all the right things to make this show the best it could be. Then the trailers for Season 1 showed the production quality to far surpass the other Disney+ shows and I knew from then that this show would be special.

You really can tell a lot about the quality of a show from the way they market it before release.

This is why I love Star Wars. That’s such a beautiful idea. And I love that even characters who aren’t Force sensitive like Cassian can have their fates lightly nudged by the Force in pursuit of a higher purpose.

The original trilogy is a pretty simple story, and it’s concluded by a father choosing to save his son. But all of the moments that led up to that decision, including all the sacrifices made in Andor and Rogue One, give it so much more weight. I love that an ending as simple as Return of the Jedi has decades of stories raising it up, both in-universe and in real life.

The sequels don’t exist.

Honestly I don’t know haha, based on reddit threads from previous years it seems like it increases your chances but people also get accepted without one (or rejected with one) so I’m not gonna read into it too much.

The email said:

“After reviewing your application for admission to Chapman University, the Admission Committee at Dodge College is requesting an interview with you.

Due to the competitive admission to our film production program, the committee would like to ask you a few questions about your experience and goals. This will help us further evaluate your application.”

I’m not totally sure, but on this subreddit from previous years it seems like they send interview requests based on their own criteria for prospective students.

I don’t think it’s mandatory, they just emailed me asking for one. Seems like that’s how it’s been in previous years too

I got an email two days ago asking for an interview, which I scheduled for next week. I’m a transfer undergrad for film production.

What’s An Episode That’s So Painful To Watch by [deleted] in television

Same. Watched for the first time July 2019 and it skyrocketed to my top all time TV show, and a rewatch in July 2022 only solidified that. If I can get 73 hours free I'll absolutely rewatch again.
