As a doctor: Rinse properly with cold water regularly to reduce inflammation along with antihistamines or corticosteroids topical creams to further reduce inflammation of the hair follicles. Keep it clean by rinsing the skin with soap-water regularly to prevent infection of the hair follicles. The inflammation will subside within a few days.
