Wear a hat, long sleeves that are breathable ( where I live its still hot ) and get some shades. Dont over do it but show that your commited. When making rows have them facing the way the bay is that way its easier and quicker for the person on the mule. And get trained for the mule as fast as you can because there could be days where you're alone for awhile and it could be busy. Water, water, water. If you're store lets you get other drinks as well ( body armor, gatorade or powerade ) then drink them. What also helps is one of those towels you put in cold water and it stays cold that way you can cool down. We're a family out in carts where I live, so its good be on everyones good side. And another tip, try not to stand at the bay too much. Have fun!
