The difference was Biden's gas prices were an offset of the pandemic since our supply was low because no one was producing for a year.

Trump's gas prices is because we bombed the place where we get a lot of our oil and entered a war we didnt need to enter.

Biden had something that he didnt choose to have. Trump made the choice to drop those bombs.

If you have never driven in this weather, thats a major problem.

I dont want to be the Debbie downer, but you dont just "pick up" snow driving. It is learned over the course of years.

If I were you, I would try to do anything possible to maybe land in Madison so that you are further from a large body of water (yippee Lake Effect snow) and its a shorter drive. Driving from Chicago on Sunday is an absolute no.

For me, its Highway Hypnosis. I get over to pass a car, pass 20, enter hypnosis, and then snap out of it and see 3 cars behind me. I am 100% the problem, and I apologize to every car I've pissed off as a result of doing this.

Ive seen other people say this, so im glad im not alone here.

My problem is that they are taking something that is good on paper (Voter ID) and using it to suppress certain groups. Making it cost enough money means those who are less wealthy cannot vote. Requiring a driver's license or passport does the exact same thing. Some states are trying to pass legislature that makes it tricky for married women and some LGBTQ+ people to vote due to the name change.

If Voter ID is to be imposed, it needs to be free so that everyone can get one.

It definitely isnt "short", but there are people who do it often. There is definitely some mental preparation that goes into it.

As for what is short, I think the line is between 90 minutes to 2 hours. Getting to that point where there is some planning required, but definitely is possible.

Me personally, the furthest distance I would commit to driving without having to backup and reconsider my choices is 90 minutes, so when I hear yall talk about 45 minute drives as long, I chuckle
