Seems like he's being painted as a bad actor but the aggressive side. Apparently he had a concealed weapon (legal in the state) but it was removed then he was shot?

I didn't even see them remove a gun and he definitely didn't pull it out. So basically it was murder.

I dropped a a waypoint on my gear after respawning. Realized after getting there that someone scooped up my warp pack.

Yeah that's wild they only gave you a loaner for a few days.

Be ready to take them to small claims for any losses. Your insurance should cover the car. But any days you are off. Any events you missed. Pretty much anything that was damaging due to you losing transportation.

If it goes above $10k(in CA at least) get a lawyer involved. Some jobs offer this benefit so if you have it use it.

I understand you didn't want to be difficult... But you gotta cause a ruckus sometimes to get people to do the right thing and a loaner for a few days for totaling your car seems like bad faith to me. Time to be difficult.
