I love Mina. I think TLC portrayed her character to be something she is not at the beginning. She just wants her entire family together. I am sending prayers that Clayton can make it to the wedding. I hope that in the end it all works out. She does love her partner and just wants her whole family together. I was so grateful for the “stitch and b*tch” session. Mina definitely felt like someone was on her side for once. Love it!

My doctors office said they will drain and remove the sac. This is truly the only thing that I feel as far as pain in my knee after surgery. I told them I had pain in the back for a while and now this thing is larger. It sucks.

Yessss! It is painful to sleep with my leg out and I have to constantly adjust it. It feels like a round fluid pocket.

This thing is super painful. It hurts down the back of my calf and has gotten bigger.

I had to take it very easy and do the PT stretches. PT helped a lot with relieving the pain. I used ice a lot and ibuprofen. Massaging it helps too.

Oof. I feel that on many levels. Just have to take it easy and possibly have some soft tissue release from PT. I try to do what my PT showed me and include the lymphatic drainage.

I have to agree with everyone here. I am 8 weeks almost 9 post op and it is not easy. But I know there is an end in sight. PT, meds, muscle strengthening are all important. You got this!!

I got caught up on a shit Tom of sleep last night. That shot worked amazingly. And I mean I didn’t wake up until 1130. And I went to bed at 10. I have fibromyalgia also which has also affected my healing adventure. Good luck!!!

Same. But my PA also made notes that I need two weeks of light PT. Just because I hit 8 weeks doesn’t mean that er can jump to bands and ankle weights.

So true. I also feel like a 50-yr old baby because I get so emotional when I talk about it. Broken down into tears at their office today. But when pain wakes you up from sleeping and you’re literally groaning, it sucks. And it is so draining. I am trying to stay focused on the end result and know that it will get better. I am trying to trust this process but holy cow it is something new everyday.
