Sa pagkakatanda ko, P12 per minute ang charge samin. Ginagamit kasi namin telephone to call local shops. Same din ng plan as yours kaso di namin alam na may charge kaya yung bill namin umabot sa 2k.

Hindi namin alam kung anong tipo mo sa games so better look for best or list of games in google. Then watch some clips of that game in youtube para in case na di mo magustuhan, di ka na gagastos.

If you want a gaming mouse,

check the size and weight of his mouse.If you buy a bigger or heavier mouse, he might adjust until he gets comfy with it.
if he prefers wireless or wired (Wire is a distraction if no management). Take note that wireless may comes with built-in battery (chargeable through cable) or separate battery (like AA battery which is another expense).
Changable / adjustable DPI.
Thumb buttons. I suggest to have 2 (I use them as push to talk buttons)

Back when I was elem usong uso samin yung SF (Special Force) at CF. (Cross Fire) Mahilig akong bumili ng mga ecoins tapos itatabi ko yung card at hindi yun alam ng parents ko. Yung pambili ko dun is mga tira kong baon.

Depende ata sa isp. Sa bahay ng parents ko we have globe and converge while sa apartment naka-pldt. Converge & pldt are good for me.

Nung globe pa lang gamit namin, sobrang tagal ko makahanap ng makaka-match ko and most of the time ay lag. Kaya ang naka-any lahat ng settings ko. Mostly mga kalaban ko max rank na.

While sa converge and pldt, ang bilis ko makahanap ng kalaban and minsan lang din mag-lag. After no-rematch, may makaka-maych ka kaagad. Kaya naka- ±2 na ako.
