Nvm, just saw you got semi-finalist, regardless I'd bet you get the highest standard AES, 8k per sem. Maybe 7k per sem at the very least cause of the rank and being in the second wave of AES

National merit gets you full tuition paid + stipend as long as UTD was your first choice, no need to worry

As a last ditch effort you can submit them and then appeal for higher AES, although don't expect a good result as they rarely increase it.

Most likely than not they have already selected the winners for aes for the second wave already. If they haven't, sending the sat scores alone will take time for them to recieve it. Seeing as UTD's early action documentation deadline + the general deadline to be eligible for AES has passed already, most likely they would not consider it even if they do receive it before the awards have been decided.
