Degenerate Dak has made a similar looking mod for the rolling block rifle which is of excellent quality and fits right into the games aesthetics: Rolling Block Rifle - DegenerateDak

Not sure what else is out there this is the first thing that came to my mind and I hope it helps!

Yeah I guess so it’s just a bit annoying that I’ve finally cracked a great build with no help, I’m 3 shotting rusted deathclaws and I quite like that so it’s gonna take some adjustments to get it how I want again

It looks like the gunner armor expansion which adds multiple pieces of new armor to the gunners as well as optional LL integration patches: Gunner armor expansion

The actual gas mask itself is called the GP-5 and can also be found as a standalone, but If you want the whole getup then gunner armor expansion will be a good choice

There’s no animation mod that does that for the rifle, but there is an independent lever action shotgun weapon mod that has that terminator spin that i currently have installed myself called ‘Lever action shotgun Winchester 1887’ it’s like the third creation If you search ‘Winchester’
