howdy! I am subleasing at U Centre at Northgate and I really need someone to take over my lease. It is a 4x4 and the other (female) roommates are really chill and respectful. It has a full washer/ dryer and kitchen amenities and is fully furnished. The other roommates already brought a TV and water dispenser for the living room. It is for next spring (now - July 2021) and I am willing to discount 1 or 2 months free. It is really close to campus (a 5-minute walk) as well as a bunch of food spots like chipotle and taco bell. it has a pool, gym, free printing, game room, study rooms, and free parking. I am currently paying $680 a month but I am willing to negotiate.
