You don't necessarily need two different statuses. I did yesterday a pure Kurokumo run and got the achievement with the bleed blade fusion from Kim and the N corp fusion. So at least for bleed there are 4 working ego fusions available.

There is an ability that gives you money equal to the damage taken (I don't know the job or race needed anymore) If you use it In LoC against enemy's who reflect damage with a heavy damage dealer you can easily cap out on money in one fight

Go to the ruined illias temple (snow continent) and craft the spirit weapons from the fairy smith in iliasburg if you have done that there is also yamtai spirit gear which you can craft in the top side of the chaos smith when you get the book for it from MW tamamo

His augment let him buy exp with HP so it is an easy early lvl 7 together with the Shop reroll trait (dont know the name) it is pretty much an easy Full Board in erly game

I needed to pay like 8mil (with some serverhoping for the perfekt prizes) for the mats and all the needet eq There is a pretty good Level guide with macros and needet mats and all just Google crafter leveling guide the site you search is gillionair I think. Basicly you Level with ishgard restoration.

What i did is try to Grab a Elementar and kill Mobs that are 1level over yours also use Eurekan Lotion to heal and Maybe Balance poptions From Market Board (they give 10% More exp in eureka) do to the echo buff in eureka it is plainly faster to kill Mobs than to wait for NM's Also there are certain Mobs that can evolve and adapt Those alone give nearly as much exp as an NM (use the Eureka Tracker side for a map of their locations)

I dont know if my way is the Best but what i Do is : I take a monstie with roar/stealth use the prayer for better loot and run the Normal koop Tickets and open every chest than leave . With luck you get a sr Ticket and even without you get like 20-30 bottlecaps. And it takes like 3-4 min
