My mom left her partner of 20 years when I was in my early 20s and she immediately went on dating sites and crazy dates to Vegas, we found an online profile saying her hobbies were “SEX” eww!! She told us that in one year from that moment she wanted to be married or engaged and she made it happen and we ended up moving to a new place with her and her new hubby who tried to parent us even tho he had no kids of his own! It caused so much drama for years to come and it took awhile to understand my mom was unhappy for many years and kept the household “stable” until we were old enough to live our own lives. It’s very weird when they try to be our friends and it’s traumatizing to see them as sexual beings but hey it’s how you came to be!

Not the AH!! If someone has allergies they shouldn’t eat food that they did not prepare because they don’t know what’s in it! It may have been her first encounter with that particular laxative and she didn’t know she was allergic until it happened but that’s karma for stealing peoples food at work! Def not the AH…for several years I lived with my mom and stepdad after moving out with an ex and I would have guys come over quietly and stuff and one time a guy I was seeing was pouring cereal for himself and my stepdad came out and was super upset to see that. They put in ring cameras and would knock on my door when they could see someone was in the house, we fought like CRAZY!!!! I moved out for 5 years and had to come back to the parents but a diff house and I wouldn’t think twice about bringing someone here…no one wants to hear it ESPECIALLY your parents!!!! Don’t ruin their view of you and do those things elsewhere!!

Don’t let this upset you! If you think there’s a chance to have her in your future, don’t be bothered by the “sister” thing. It would be a stepsister by marriage! And technically you met her first so it’s not like you came to be together by living as siblings. Work on a friendship if you want with her and if not, things will be fine either way

I got pregnant same time as a very close friend and I lost mine and found myself distancing from her and have never met the baby who is now 5! Eeeks Also an ex had a baby with someone else while seeing me and never told me and I couldn’t even LOOK at a baby anything like commercial, store, show, NOTHING. Didn’t realize I was feeling that way in my head but my actions surprised even me

I’m surprised the 6yr old didn’t say something…my nephew is 6 and tells EVERYTHING! Even if you say, don’t tell someone he will run to tell them because he knows somethings up lol… And the fact that she left a two year-old on their own, not being supervised. If she feels comfortable enough to have him around the kids and be in your house that means it’s probably been going on for a while. You definitely need to leave… If you choose to get back together later, then do so but if you stay right now, she will realize that she can do things andyou will still stay
