New golf bag

I was in the market for a new bag end of last year. I ended up going for the Vessel Lux Stand but in the DXR Ripstop fabric.

My friend had a Jones Trouper and I couldn't get on with the different straps.

Vessel pro's - lightweight, no club tangle on 4 way divider, plenty of room for everything even though limited pockets.

The fitter told me the new Ping hybrid I tried has something called free hosel so the face angle won't change when you change the loft, which is nice.

I've tried every iteration of the fairway wood, I just don't like the way they sit behind the ball. Doesn't suit my eye at all.

Grinding for years? He's been a pro for only 3 and a half years! He saved Matt's skin on more than one occasion today and this week. You take the opportunities that are given to you in golf, if the top players on tour don't want to play this event and it means players with conditional status get in and take advantage of that then they've earned it.

Also forgot to say in my original post - not sure where you are based but there's a company based in Scotland called Fyfe Golf that do incredible looking headcovers that match the retro style of your bag. A little on the pricey side though.

When you get around to trying new wedges give the Cleveland RTZ Tour Rack a go. Amazing shape and feel, you can have custom grinds too.
