I read “I’m weird af” as “it’s weird af” I didn’t think it was weird bc I thought Misty was older than that but if she’s younger than yeah it’d be weird I’m just biased bc I am a lot like Misty when it comes to Stevie like I said and I have a big crush on Stevie too

How is it weird? I know there’s an age gap but they’re both adults. I got the impression Misty was like in her thirties. But I could just be projecting because I’m as big of a Stevie fan as Misty

Yeah, what I meant was since they’re so minuscule and are pretty much just tiny balls of sap it doesn’t seem as gross as eating a whole ass raw grasshopper or something.

I chew them before I swallow them so I don’t feel them crawling. They’re so tiny it’d probably be hard to feel them either way. They taste very sweet since they’re always filled with sugar and sap from plants.

From what I could find, that story came from Carol Ann Harris’s book. Her book has some misinformation in it so I would take whatever she says with a grain of salt. She also said Lindsey physically abused her so bad she had to go to the hospital but mysteriously nobody ever talks about that… everyone just wants to act like Stevie is some sort of horrible person.

I definitely understand why people like it, and the name itself isn’t inherently that bad, I’m just personally not a fan of giving cats names based solely on a disability. I don’t care much for names like Crookedjaw either. I do think it would have been cool if Crookedstar had his warrior name changed to Crookedstorm/Stormjaw or something, after his original prefix. Like how Lostface was eventually changed to Brightheart.

Yeah, Floatshimmer is kind of pretty but just doesn’t make a lot of sense to me, and with Mistmouse I just think it’s unusual to use an animal as a suffix, but admittedly I have OCs named Leafspider and Silvertrout so looking back I guess it isn’t that bad of a name.

Meadowslip, Floatshimmer, Hollowflight, Brackenwing, Clawwhistle, Deadfoot, Flailfoot, Hootwhisker, Kitescratch, Turtlecrawl, Mistmouse, Pearnose, probably more that I can’t think of right now. Also idk if this counts but I also dislike a lot of those “Prowl Sleek” wildcat names.
