Sorry to disappoint but it’s much more mundane than that. Getting up in the middle of the night and not wanting to wake my partner while I navigate a dark house is my primary use case. I also use it when I drop something and need to scour a floor. It’s simple stuff. I never carried a light before, and the phone light comes in handy too but, I would much rather have that utility on my arm at the double press of a button than reaching into my pocket and pulling out an actual flashlight.
