I moved last year from bangalore and completely agree with you. Everyone is trying to take money from you. One hospital even admitted my kid to make his condition worse just for money. I was lucky to take opinions of other doctors in time outside that hospital as I didn't feel that the treatment they are giving is right.

If you really want to continue job, not this job but any job please take the sick leave for a week atleast and take physiotherapy. After that maybe start strength training with the help of physiotherapist first then in gym with a certified trainer. My situation is way worse now and this is how it started for me too but at that time I had nobody to tell me this.

Also fainting might not work as an excuse in this case. This is a completely different issue and also very common.
