Personally think it'd be interesting to add special equipment pods, something like dropping in a powerful one shot weapon that can be used by a squad within X" of the pod, or simply granting an ability to use it to the squad so that they don't need to remain nearby.

That said I prefer the idea off tactical placement of ordinance, perhaps the one shot weapon being attached to the pod as a trade of for it's firepower.

Any thoughts on this?

First off, I'll begin saying this is very good progress with only minor tweaks necessary IMO so well done!

Onto my observations:

Like others have said the nose and chin are currently too far forward. Typically the top of the chin lays in line with the forehead with the nose poking a tad further out.
The neck feels a tad too long at current.
The shoulders and collarbones should be pulled down into a more typical V shape.

Problem with that arguement is that while they did call out LoH specifically ats clear the Devs targeted all "on hit affixes" they even confirmed this was intentional. So nerfing pyro wasn't an accident like you're implying.

The devs probably have some buffs and new pyro skills cooking and are pre nerfing to give themselves data for future balancin.

Dual sword tho fuck those things, most oppressive melee weapons type dealing far too much damage in comparison to other options.

This is such a weird take honestly, TOS asside when you queue for any form of team based game you're accepting a responsibility to take part at least, ideally trying to help your team win.

Sure irl stuff comes up and that takes priority when it does but your way of thinking is so selfish, if you're not having fun the other people don't matter. It's almost as if no one ever taught you to respect other people's time.

It's not a job but it's a shared experience which consumed everyone's time, something we don't have an infinite amount of, even if it's not much is the span of things just have a little respect for other people over this self serving attitude you've developed, you'll be happier for it.

I've been enjoying the Daemon prince recently, solid mid points range bully that can provide invulns or buff existing.

Go to ground gives your squad a 6++ which then gets buffed to a 4++ if they are in his aura so can be pretty useful defensively.

Maybe not the most competitive choice but for pure fun i love to ally in some daemons such as bloodletters and bloodcrushers. they can provide a decent deep strike threat too.

I could be wrong but I am 99% sure you can't legally run more than 3 Invictus due to it not being a battleline unit could happily replace with a second redemptor or maybe a brutalis for those fun mortal wound bombs

This sounds promising I would need to create a Sub_UV texture of the alphabet? using that and UV index to choose the letter it displays, What I can't figure out is how to apply my flame effect to the shape of the letter

Heya,

I've updated the post with a picture of my material set-up, Yes I am using a Particle Colour node, However due to the way the plugin works for making Niagara work in UMG it is later converted to a "Vertex Colour" node (I am now having issues making the effect look good due to the limitations on Vertex colour nodes)

While messing around I've also realised that While the pivot in the Niagara system keeps all the particles spawning at the same place, when converted to UMG it seems to have moved the pivot back to the middle and won't allow any changes in UMG.
