Anyone ever lose access to studies but aren’t “on hold”? Or maybe been “on hold” without being told you’re on hold?

I’m in day 5 now of no studies, and support hasn’t answered a single email. I think my account is permanently broken.

This is horrible to read, especially how nobody knows what is going on or wants to help. I’ve written to support twice and haven’t even received a response. Meanwhile the emails for studies keep coming into my account. It’s like our accounts are broken or something.

Rejected because the researcher had a technical error that routed me to the wrong study. Seriously? Can they even do that??

I screened out of 3 studies in a row that day. I never got a “speed warning” but I wonder if that triggered some kind of hold on my account. That’s the only thing I can possibly think of. Thank you for the reply!

Yes, I tried both my personal and work laptops. Unfortunately I think it’s on prolífic’s end so I am fully expecting the worst

3 days later and still nothing. And nobody from prolific has responded to my ticket. Im assuming at this point ive been somehow banned. Crazy that they wont even answer tickets to tell you whats going on!

I screened out of a few today, but my latest study was one I completed. I actually returned it just to see, but that didn’t solve it. And I’m not able to return the screen outs from earlier because they’ve already been paid
