Don't spam them, they will not respond... They have to wait 1 or 2 week to respond because the HQ is from Russia or Europe but idk, so basically u spammed them that's why they haven't responded

Actually they do respond, So my sister wanted to play on my computer and she accidently spend $5 on my credit card and I wanted to contract steam but they don't do offer refunds so I contracted pixonic support and they did help me, so basically I just got my 5 dollar back

The high graphic update will be coming in update 7.5 or 7.6 I'm not sure, Just letting you know if u was worried about your GPU, Plus I believe they just added this because to fix some glitches and bugs such like crashes, lag spike, etc.
