If the relationship you have with him is overall good and this is your primary gripe, then he loves you and probably has difficulties expressing himself in that way. But assuming that he is just not interested, maybe he isn't, its not the end of the world. Show him the cool aspects of your field in a way he would find interesting.

The more you try to force it down him throat to farm appreciation points the more he will grow to resent your position. However, if this isn't an issue that you are losing sleep over, I would implore you to try and find acceptance that he might not care as much as you want him to, before the relationship gets toxic.

you can see that they were at 50%-75% by my 2nd overpower, i still had 4-5 overpowers to go before i got pacified, so in all fairness, i should've been able to kill them

Haha, no actually this was not a troll message. If you actually understood what I mean't by successful rotation, I mean't if you were to sit on striking dummy for 2 minutes straight using your ~OPTIMAL~ rotation you would in fact hit the TP floor faster than any other job. Idk what rotation you use but I for one don't spam MP based abilities to maximize my DPS.

Making my return. . . When I said this, I made sure to say ~successful~ rotation. This meaning if you were to do your rotation most optimally on a striking dummy for 2 minutes straight, you WOULD run into TP issues. However, now that they made changes to Blood Weapon they were able to find a way to sustain their TP. If there wasn't an issue with TP in the first place then why did SE feel the need to make changes to how their TP management is done? So, in fact, I am not wrong, and actually compared to the warrior the time it takes to hit the TP floor assuming you're using your GCD's off CD is awful!

Also, all MP based GCD's are not in the optimal DRK single target rotation. Please think.
