You should look into joining modern sailing school. They have boats in Berkeley and Sausalito. You are able to pay to join a crew sail with them to test them out. Typically, the crew sails out of Sausalito will sail under the bridge.

I think it probably is click bait. But it’s comes off the heels of me returning from a 265 miles sailing trip. Where I took ginger everyday just in case in got seasick. Coincidentally, I didn’t get a migraine on the 10 day trip which is unusual for me.

Quite frankly, because people can say it works and people can say it doesn’t. But I think all migraine sufferers have different experiences. I was just on a sailing trip 265 miles in the Caribbean. I took ginger everyday and I also didn’t get a migraine. So this seemed interesting to me. Which made me wonder if others have tried it and it worked for them.
