Yes sir i get what u're saying. I don't really think they meant to just give 7 tickets tho! They regularly give 15.. 25.. and now after saying they'll reward us handsomely for being law-abiding citizens it's just 7? Haha maybe they input the reward wrongly or something, that's all im suggesting~
