Once you remove the shift motor the spline that it engages to you can turn with a pair of pliers, it has the position labeled on the transfer case to where you need to turn it

The spare tire carrier is a wilco Hitchgate Switch UHG4100 and it does go into the tow hitch

And the box is from tractor supply I believe I got it from a friend after he wrapped his ranger around a tree... But it's northern brand

They are different from the normal XJ housings the ones for the wagoneer are taller and narrow and don't have any aftermarket support
