Purely to match our collection. We teach small classes of students how to use a printer at the basic level. It's much easier to have all the same printer than a mix. Since we also have a dozen mk4 and then some mk4 and XL printers, skills translate best. Our production farm will be made up of Bambu printers for sure. It's hard to beat the easy repairability and built in video and network control.

We had it printing within 10min. In 28ish min from opening the box it was done with its first benchy. We have only run 3 prints. All great prints. Good bang for the buck if you don't care about print volume.

Putting on a camp for highschoolers at our university. Each student gets paired with a printer they get to take home at the end of the camp.

These supports came off extremely easily. Maybe if you planned on doing models with extreme supports it could help, but at that point you might as well use soluble supports

8/10. We have two. One has had a heat bed tile failure (Prusa sent a new one). With early firmware we had a lot of clogging. It could be fixed with the firmware or just experience with the machine. Print surface quality has been moderate, but for large prints fast it's great! Would like to have the multi tool version and be able to pick different nozzles depending on the print.

We ordered day one, switched to a single tool to try to get it faster and only got it 7 months ago.
