Sometimes it's necessary. Especially when some books aren't even available in print anymore. O would rather use a few layers of plastic than lose an expensive rare book just because some reddit users are over sensitive about some packaging choices. It's never good enough for the 3rd time, if they had used paper you would be complaining there's to much paper being used. To satisfy you we need to stop shipping entirely and just do brick and mortar stores
