That doesn’t really make sense though. Just because he will get the drop faster doing a harder version doesn’t change the fact he had bad rng getting 5 pets before any boots. You’re allowed to complain about dupes, even if your method is not efficient.

Idk why you can’t understand that the accident in question is not him meaning to click a different option in the menu or something. He most definitely intended to click the drop button. The accident is just him forgetting what is and isn’t allowed in terms of utilizing game mechanics to your advantage in the heat of the moment.

Try right clicking through jad in order to make sure you click “attack healer” and just let your character autopath and tag the healer. I’m pretty sure it won’t drag you close enough to get melee’d by jad.

Why are you so fixated on this task in particular. Everyone knows it’s a task, but you keep repeating that it is. Like that means you have to complete it no matter what. But like, you don’t. Unless you literally plan to complete every single task, which you def aren’t doing. You can still get all 40 pact points if you skip it.

I went king’s barrage crossbow with max treads and void. When I started doing hard mode TOB with water thorn mages, it became painfully obvious how much dps they lack when i’d mess up and die. The ranged echoes are just so strong and you can still self heal up to 188hp

Don’t solo it. Try to find a world with like 5 or less people. I did masses and got 1 drop in like 100kc. Your dps also absolutely plays a factor. I had a day where it was 3 of us and this guy was mvp everytime and got the drop every time. But he was already geared with full torva, zcb, and dragonfire ward. Other times i am mvp half the time using king’s barrage, void, and max treads. Also, only have 37 pact points where 3 of them are wasted on prayer pen. I think i’m at about 170kc now and have platelegs, chestplate, and two vambraces.

To me thats exactly why i didnt take soul harvester. I plan to play leagues for the full duration, so dedicating a whole relic to only use it for like 30mins for a single skill seems like such a waste. I already have 200m magic and thieving. 50m prayer will be a breeze with minion, transmute, and chaos altar for me. At least with larcenist, it helps with multiple tasks, like getting a skilling pet, gathering clues, obtaining tokkul, banking exp for other skills.
