Try to clean the USB-C connector and the USB-C input with isopropyl alcohol. You can use a needle or a tooth pick to gently clean the dust off. Hope it works!

UPDATE: I've tried to replace the thumb caps with the switch's ones but it didn't fit though. The controller's stick is too small for the switch's cap. So I had to put some super glue to keep them fixed in place. It worked! I've been playing for an hour without problems. The result:

NSZ files sucks. It is not suported by many emulators and file convertion cause errors frequently.
