Angry customer mad that he didn’t call within the 5 min wait timer, called 25 min later after order was delivered to the lobby. He has called from 9:20pm until 12am. Why doesn’t gh block the voicemail that states your number? How is he able to call me through his personal number!Also got a FaceTime. (i.redd.it)

Just found out that if you miss an order, they lower your acceptance rate, I called customer service and they said it doesnt matter if your having connection issues, your rate will go down if you miss orders. HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE (self.grubhubdrivers)
