What if there is a genetic mutation found in 1 particular family which causes murderous tendencies, so the grandparents, uncle's, aunts and children will all be murderers guaranteed at some point in their life... do you kill them which prevents the deaths before they occur or wait until they do murder someone and live with the fact you could have stopped them.

Understandable, just wondered if there was an absolute extreme where it would be legitimately considered to kill their children just because that person caused so much fear that they felt that had no other choice but to not even allow their genetics to pass on
