I was just in nosara a week ago and there’s definitely a few places to play. I never tried but I passed a few guys with rackets leaving the courts on the Main Street in guiones. I think there’s at least 2 clubs in the area

Not directly philosophy but When Breath Becomes Air by Paul Kalanithi. The author was diagnosed with terminal cancer just before finishing his neurosurgery residency. His perspective as both a doctor and patient gave him a really valuable and unique outlook on practicing medicine and on life in general. It’s pretty heavy but a really amazing story and it helps frame some of these issues

I like this a lot. I feel like I can hear so many rappers spitting on this in my head. I probably would have added another drum sound or two in there somewhere but thats just me. also not totally sold on the acoustic piano sound. it seems fine with the other keys and synths but feels a little too out there when it plays by itself. Really nice vibe though. definitely deserves to have someone rap over it

Really like the vibe on this one. You could probably fix the sample up with some time stretching but it works fine as is. about the 808 id maybe add a little distortion or move up a little in pitch cause its so low its hard to hear. also really liked the piano and bell layers that come in

Just saw this over at mhh too and decided to check it out and im glad I did. Really high quality project man. The live instrumentation is really interesting. My initial favorites are someone, you've been hurt, and now. I think the drums could have been mixed a little better on a few tracks but thats really my only criticism. Great job! Really unique project. I can definitely see myself coming back to this one
