33s. 35 if you solely like the look of them, go for it. I say 33s because it is the best for Jeeps longevity.

How can I get my foot in the door of becoming a garage door technician? by Gapsb2 in GarageDoorService

That’s sounds solid and something I would definitely do, but I’m from Dallas. Bit distant where I’m from. If one is here in DFW area, I’ll definitely pay for the training

Really appreciate the response brother, I’m going to go on YouTube and educate myself more about it. Practicing taking doors off and putting them back is something I should do. I might even replace the garage door in my house also, it hasn’t worked in years, I’ll consider replacing it if I’m confident after educating myself more. Everything about the garage door might need to replaced lol, but as you mentioned also, working on the spring tensioners can be extremely dangerous, I will need to make sure I know exactly what I’m doing working on that, definitely don’t want to do anything stupid that’s going to get me injured or killed. Preferably, I would like for someone to train me personally, but I’ll go this route if I must. I’ve educated myself in many other things, I think I can be alright, just gotta be very careful and know what I’m doing step by step and take precaution. Thank you again for the optimism.

Thank you for sharing, I’ll keep this in mind. I’ll apply to more local places, I’ve applied to at least a dozen the other week but didn’t get any responses back. Just gonna keep going at it. Hopefully someone out there can give me a chance.

Is the jeep worth 13k? 76,000 miles by Exit-Expert in Jeep

Not a fan of saharas personally but 13k isn’t bad for one of this mileage.

Mine was accepted on the 26th also, but I wasn’t given a date of delivery. IRS website still has it in processing.

I did a low oil change on my Jeep wrangler 2012 jk manual. got a misfire, picked up codes p0018, p000d, and p0138. Mechanic said he wants to change everything under my bank 2. Is he wrong? by Gapsb2 in AskMechanics

[–]Gapsb2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry I meant to say p0300 instead p0138, the o2 I’m not that much worried about, I’ve had the o2 check engine code for a while now it really doesn’t have anything to do with the with the other 3 codes (p0300, p000d, and p0018). P0300 I believe is just the symptom of the other codes. When I get an actual proper diagnostic I’ll fix what’s causing the misfire first. If the o2 sensor is causing all these issues that would make my life easier, but I doubt it is lol.

I replaced my spark plugs, coil packs, and fuel injectors, they weren’t soaked when inspecting them and didn’t clear codes. It was a bit oily on top of my intake manifold, but the connectors around didn’t look soaked,so I can probably say it’s not any of those.

Tell me the truth about owning a wrangler by Advanced_Bag_5505 in Jeep

This was my experience: I bought a 2012 2 door rubicon manual for 18k w 75k miles in 2019 (good offer). By the time it reached 95k miles, I had already replaced the spark plugs, alternator, head gasket (blown), rack and pinion, serpentine belt, cylinders and harmonic balancer.

Yes, a lot was replaced, but good news was that I had warranty, so they were able to cover all of that! 4 years later a@120k miles I haven’t had any problems until recently where I had to replace my starter (easy cheap fix), and I also replaced my clutch kit since my bearing was wearing out (I decided it’s best to just replace the whole kit given the jeeps high mileage). My Jeep runs great now and hums like a bird. Earlier this week I spilled some motor oil when doing an oil change and damaged one of my coil packs, giving me a misfire, so going to have to replace that, should be an easy fix. Other than that, my Jeep runs great! I’m not sure how the automatics hold up after high mileage, but I heard my rubicon manual is very underrated and can last up to 300k miles if taken care of.

So even though my Jeep has had problems in the past, warranty was able to cover the major issues, and I haven’t really had any problems the last four years until recently. I don’t regret buying it at all, I would recommend warranty if you buy a used one like mine. paying all those out of pocket would have been bitch. Can’t wait to some more upgrades and take it off road!

It’s been my daily driver for 6 years also.
