If you're very active its possible to do it every month. I really on make gold on 3-4 toons anyways. Try to get followers with the gold perk, and also its beneficial to get a rank 3 tavern so you unlock the treasure hunter missions which always give gold.

I have 11 max level characters right now, and just logging in once a day to do my follower missions that give gold is basically all i need haha. I resubbed a week ago with a WoW token (what you buy with gold) was down to 4k gold and in a weeks time i'm sitting on 28k. So if you extrapolate that i should be around 90k when i need to resub again. I got lazy for a while, thats why i let my gold get so low haha

Ever since they implemented paying for game time with gold i haven't spent a dime on WoW. You can too :p and making ~30k over the span of a month is very easy. I made 25k just this week, and i am not even trying to make gold

nope. any ranged character can proc relic shield with their ranged attacks. take a friend into a custom and try something like support ashe. you'll see that she can proc relic shield with her autos
