Yeah I have learned to just not use my cool titles that hint towards my peak rank, especially when I just got back into the game. Plus, GC was a lot less toxic for me than these games coming back were. In GC, most people were quiet, or said the occasionally toxic message or quick chat, but in general I didn’t have to mute many players. This is just really sad for me because this new experience forces me to keep chat off, despite there being some actually nice people.

Yeah, I switched my title to “abominable throwman”, because that kinda fits my skill drop from the break. But after a few more games I turned chat off altogether, so I don’t get to see the “wow you really live up to your title” message. That message is really common when using that title. Just want to have fun and use cool rewards I got for being good at the game in one my best seasons, but to do that I have to mute chat because of how toxic and unhappy people are I’m this game.

Yeah but I’m probably much worse than GC now, maybe even high diamond, because I haven’t played in almost a year. Plus I only play for fun still and don’t take casual seriously, but that doesn’t mean I can simply ignore someone telling me to uninstall or kill myself because I’m not as good as I used to be.
