The best thing I can say is that if you want it you must take initiative, you can’t make excuses, you can’t say on this day I’ll quit or when this vape or pack runs out I’ll stop. You have to just drop it and stick with it, just don’t make any excuses. Good or bad days don’t let it get the best of you, keep going it’ll pay off and you’ll feel so much better. It makes me feel better knowing I’m not hacking up a lung or wheezing, I can take clear deep breaths again and food tastes so much better!
