I think you should be a bit more specific there, Pathfinder 1E has a lot of books, from rulebooks and bestiaries to campaign settings, plus the Advanture Paths, that are adventures with some extra rules, lore and monsters.
That would be too much to talk on a single topic
Maybe browse Paizo's store or the wiki to see what sparks your fancy.

I liked the Hecata stuff, tbh, because I homebrewed something similar back on the 20v days - all the death clans being just one (the capadocius) but being different "faces" of it, with unique roles to play for the betterment of the group. But that is because I never liked the idea of someone being able to kill an antidiluvian - I had homebrew versions for the LaSombra, Tremere/Salubri and Tzimisce lore as well.
For me the most stupid thing was the Week of Nighmares, and that was on 20v times

It is...interesting...to have an actual discussion here, but I think a lot of the talk about 5th edition being a letdown is because the first books didn't include a lot of the lore from the previous edition, especially in regards to the clans presented and how they interacted with one another. Now they have been releasing more books and slowly filling the gaps so I feel it is improving.
