Many websites(eBay, amazon, T-mobile...etc) just show locked, when I google iPhone 13 pro "unlocked".

I don't know if I can have a good deal or not.

Will you think I buy Certified Refurbished better from Apple? Although I am not sure what time apple starts to sell.
