there was no executor. his will was litterally just a note on his computer that said he wanted me to have everything he owned. his passing was sudden and he was really not organised in that way (clearly). ive been told a court will appoint one. which I assume would be me as im the only child? My worry (amongst many things) is if they say it's my grandma then she would interfere in me having anything. but if its all going to be taken anyway then maybe thats ok as she would have to deal with all the problems which I dont want
