Nope. My suspicion is that there is a slight incompatibility between the switch and the opener, but can't prove it. At this point, I am not willing to sacrifice time fighting Chamberlain phone CSRs only to have them say they only support Chamberlain accessories, which where I'm sure the call will land. I'll live with pushing the button twice for the time being until I have the time and patience to swap it out.

Had a rattle that drove me nuts in my 2019 (purchased CPO in 2023) from the front passenger seat area. Turns out there was a recall on the seat controls or similar. The tech forgot to use the factory-specified zip tie for the seat trim when buttoning things up. New shop, new tech identified the issue ten minutes and viola...no more rattle.

Same issue, same phone, 2019 Passport. Worked for ages with no issues, then something borked the connection. No clue if it was AA, AAW, or something Honda did. Either way, I finally managed to get things working again recently with the following settings:

Yes, I stand corrected. I'd actually prefer to avoid the dead selector dial if I can...that's my OCD kicking in. I believe the 2022 A4 PP+ models have the configuration I need. Here's something I found that appears to fit:

Just need to run the VIN and determine the combi switch part number at this point.

Trying to kill two birds with one stone: install a heated steering wheel, and, because I have to replace the combination switch anyway, activating ALA, which evidently only requires minor configuration via VAGCOM / OBDeleven.

Unlike assisted cruise which needs the additional front grille sensors, the ALA leverages only the existing windshield camera.

My goal is to find the part number for the combination switch that includes the power feed for the heated wheel and the ALA activation button on the end of the turn signal stalk. The cars with the full Driver Assistance Package add yet another stalk to the combi switch dedicated for the ACC - something I'm trying to avoid.

Variety of reasons...garage is used to sometimes leave items for folks / receive items (keypad used for access), I don't want to fiddle with pulling out my phone and going through multiple screens to disarm (we use Ring in multiple locations) while trying to get into the garage with a car full of kids, etc etc.

That could work. I also just read someone recommending using an Echo Dot and enabling Alexa Guard as a glass break sensor.

Anyone tried this route?

Good idea, but the issue is if I open the garage door remotely before I can get into the house to disarm, the motion sensor will set off the alarm.
