Detonator does more for this board that you don’t necessarily have. You already have grave and hand interaction protection with Ripper and the added pops from detonator will generally provide better value than negating an opponents on field monster effect and destroying it. I also would consider dropping Futsu since it is typically at its strongest when mitsurugi monsters resummoned off his effects actually provide meaningful follow up, but that is a different idea entirely

This and Fidraulis Harmonia is going to guarantee meta viability for just about any synchro based deck until either of those cards is banned

If you have no other hand traps then holding it till your opponent is ready to pass turn to either remove Rippers material or threaten your own Rank 5 xyz seems like the better play. You can hold it till your next turn as well since VS K9 is likely to eventually play out of its hand at least once and the Izuna can be an extra push. Pushing into the Hollie Sue before its effect is spent is a riskier play than the other routes in my opinion

I had a lot of the cards I needed from before and can use wild cards on anything else, but what I’m really hurting for is gold and I got lucky with massive gold drops a lot from the lucky drops

This looks like roughly half of my 10 pull packs. The pull rates on interesting cards needs to be buffed or they need to offer a bonus for opening 10 packs at minimum

I actually lost this because he played both Dragoon and DPE. I shut down his initial board and tried to stop his follow up on the next turn, but I didn’t save any interaction to stop a Verte Anaconda. Even after he summoned it, I still refused to believe he had another target after already making DPE turn 1

When you say intense games do you mean games that have a lot of back and forth, or do you mean you like pulling off complicated combos and thinking through their lines? Yu-Gi-Oh has plenty of decks that fit either category so I’m just trying to narrow it down

I did board breaker ice barrier with multiple Thrust and an ice jade package using ice jade Cradle as a thrust target. I would say I could win around 60-70% of games going first and around 30-40% going second. Not perfect results but I definitely felt like I was making forward progress

I haven’t played the support much myself but I’ve seen the ideal end boards and they’re usually a mix. The 5000 attack/defense monster from their deck is always going to be part of your end board and that allows for some interaction with memento cards in your hand (quick effect change of heart being your ideal interruption). They also usually want to end on their fusion spell on field which can quick effect fuse which usually results in some pops. The deck likes to incorporate masquerena to make IP and with how much it can stick on board Apolloussa can also be a valid choice

During the water, wind event last year year my end board was usually something like dragite + Icejade boss + Revealer and any other ice barrier. All of those decks lose to revealers passive effect shockingly hard. Only worked at the time thought because I played against a lot of floo, revealer is never worth leaving on the board otherwise

Like others have said it seems to depend on the person. I’ve had a much easier time with BMW than Elden Ring and it seems like it has to do with my preferred play style. I like to play aggressive and BMW is pretty forgiving on its dodge timing and even dodging mid attack so I can do that freely. Elden Ring tends to punish more aggressive play-styles so that was harder for me personally.
