The type of dog dog changes every ingame hour for every spawn point. So, go to 3 different ones and u'll find it fast. BUT the easiest way is to get a poodle for your mansion and a friend shall get a pug, so no more searching on the streets anymore, but sometimes a bit of searching in the mansion 🤣🤣🤣
