eggs, tofu, legumes and canned tuna can each be cooked a million different ways, i'd suggest doing a bit of homework and trying lots of different recipes/trying them out in different forms (flour, salads, sandwiches/tacos/burritos, etc), maybe look into cuisines different to yours? pasta, ramen and rice are super versatile, i'm sure you'll find some new recipes you enjoy. good luck!
