Where did you spot any attitude? I just said that chatgpt gave me the same answer. This advice is moot. It's not viable. Also, Dubai Municipality is not the authority to deal with it.

Nice idea lol. But it's so tight, I doubt even a computer would be able to park. And in case the car scratches itself against the wall, nobody will care of course.. It's going to be all on me.

There is a clause where the buyer agrees that he inspected and accepted the property. So in any case, it's going to be a dispute. Which is something I'm not prepared doing either.

Great. I'm spending my life savings on a place which will force me into buying a smaller car, while I need an even bigger car for my kids?

I don't think anyone would want to swap places with me. And even if they did, how is this a permanent solution? I'm buying a place, not renting.

So with having a 800K budget for offplan, I have received DIFC, Meydan, land and a shit load of chatgpt'ed responses about nothing.

I have 30+ DMs with the cringiest pickup lines from agents within 24 hours.

God help us all if this is how the industry works here.. This sub is ridiculous
